The quartet was indicted by a federal grand jury on Jan. 11.

Moore, his medical company, and the three co-defendants are charged with conspiracy to defraud america; conspiracy to transform, promote, convey, and dispose of presidency property; and conversion, sale, conveyance, and disposal of presidency property and aiding and abetting.
